Independent provider
Epic Yatra is an independent travel service provider and is not the official Nashik–Trimbakeshwar Kumbh Mela authority. Government schedules, traffic restrictions and access arrangements are outside our control.
Inquiry and booking confirmation
Submitting a form does not create a booking or guarantee availability. A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from Epic Yatra, supplier availability verification, acceptance of the quotation and any agreed payment.
Prices and inclusions
Final quotations must state accommodation identity and location, dates, room or tent type, inclusions, exclusions, applicable taxes, payment schedule and supplier-specific terms. Do not assume a service is included unless written in the confirmed quotation.
Changes and external events
Official restrictions, severe weather, crowd management, supplier disruption and other circumstances may affect services. Any alternatives, charges or refunds will be governed by the confirmed booking terms and applicable law.
Guest responsibilities
Travellers must provide accurate details, follow safety guidance and comply with applicable government instructions. Please check official advisories before travel.
