Before booking
Submitting an inquiry is free and does not require payment or create a confirmed booking. No cancellation fee applies to an unconfirmed inquiry.
Confirmed reservations
Cancellation conditions may differ by hotel, camp, tent category, travel date and supplier. The exact cancellation deadlines, deductions, non-refundable items and refund procedure must be disclosed in the written quotation and accepted before payment. Do not assume standard tour cancellation rules apply to every camp or accommodation reservation.
Requesting cancellation
Contact epicyatra@gmail.com with your booking reference and request. We will confirm the applicable terms and supplier status in writing.
Refund processing
Where a refund is due, its amount and expected processing timeframe will be communicated based on the accepted booking terms, payment method, supplier refunds and applicable law. Any statutory rights remain unaffected.
Changes by authorities or suppliers
Changes to Mela schedules, access, transport or accommodation may affect arrangements. Applicable remedies depend on the confirmed services and legal requirements.
